As much as possible, we like to really get involved in our work. If it’s a wedding, we love to hang out with the couple and get to know them on a personal level. If it’s a commercial film, we like to learn all about their business, how they got started, what they sell, and who they are as individuals. It’s time consuming but it makes a much better product in the end.
When we started talking with CrossFit Stimulus, Josh not only wanted to learn about it, but to actually do the workouts. By day two he was hooked. In two months his entire body changed shape! I’m not sure how it happened, but even during the first two weeks when their main goal was to train him on how to do the moves correctly (& without hurting himself), he started to see results. Of course he was eating healthier, too, but that was also a result of their suggestions. The pictures below were taken two weeks apart– the first one was one week into the training and the second one was three weeks in. That’s a pretty radical difference right away!
